Swimming Trainer with Students

Welcome to the BTA Splash program. Offering lessons to those just learning to swim to more advanced swimmers looking to join competitive swimming. 

All classes are held at the heated outdoor BTA pool:
 806 Russell Palmer Rd, Kingwood TX 77345


Water Babies

(4 months- 24 months old)- 1:8 teacher student ratio. Parents must be in water with their infant. Parents will help teach their babies to be water safe using songs and games In a fun group setting.

Technique & Training (Blue and Orange)

This program is for kids who already know how to swim and are wanting to develop the 4 competitive strokes: fly, backstroke, breaststroke, and freestyle. Swimmers will  learn the fundamentals to year-round swimming like how to read a pace clock, flip turns, and swimming sets. 

Level 1 (Beginners)

Here your swimmer will learn to be comfortable and safe in the water by blowing bubbles, back floating, learning freestyle, as well as proper body position in the water. We also focus on water safety rules. Swimmers will be accompanied at all times by an instructor.

Private Lessons

One to One ratio. 30 minute lesson customized to your swimmers personal needs and goals.

Flip Turns

This class is for the swimmers who already know all 4 competitive strokes but might need some help learning the unique stroke turns and the IM transitions.

High School Prep Camp

Daily camp for High School kids who are looking to get an edge up for tryouts. Group will meet one hour a day, 5 days a week, at the end of summer and run right up to the start of school. They will work strokes while getting a workout to improve their endurance and prepare them for High School tryouts. 

Level 2 (Intermediate)

Building upon Level 1, swimmers will gain even more confidence while becoming safer in the water. Learning to swim on their own with little to no assistance from the instructor. They will learn proper breathing for freestyle, introduction to backstroke, and continue to get stronger.
