Registration and Dues
2024-2025 Annual Registration Fees

Annual family registration fees (paid once per year, includes 2 BTA t-shirts and a BTA cap):

USA Swimming registration/Gulf Swimming Premium Athlete Membership (required to swim with any USAS club team): $100/swimmer.
* Swimmers not registered with USA Swimming in 2023-2024 will be required to create an account and register between September 1st and September 5th. Instructions will be sent out as soon as possible.

* Returning BTA swimmers who were registered in 2023-2024 will be registered in bulk near the end of October and invoiced for billing on November 1st.

* Swimmers who swam with another USAS-affiliated team in 2023-2024 will be transferred with Gulf Swimming to BTA by the team registrar and invoiced accordingly.​

2024-2025 Monthly Dues

We offer two different payment options - intended to best fit each swimmer’s plans for the year.

Option #1. Month-to-month plan. This plan allows for withdrawals and returns throughout the year so long as space is available within the group upon return.

Option #2. Annual agreement plan. The agreement will hold rates from August 2024 to July 2025. Fees will apply for those who terminate their agreement before the end of the term; however, some exclusions will apply such as relocation, significant injury, etc. *Annual agreement is only available until 10/31. After this date, only the month-to-month option will be available until next year's registration window.

Family multi-swimmer discount: $15.00/month for 2nd swimmer, $25.00/month for 3rd swimmer, and $40.00/month for 4th swimmer.

All swimmers can drop from the team at any time during the year, provided proper notice is given to the Registrar. You must submit your written notification via email to Blue Tide Registrar, registrar@swimbluetide.org. Your notification will only be valid if you receive e-mail acknowledgement of your request by the third calendar day from the end of the month (e.g. 28th in a 31 day month; 27th in a 30 day month; and 25th in a 28 day month). EMAIL IS THE REQUIRED METHOD. If on the annual agreement plan, you may be subject to early termination fees, depending on circumstance.
