Flight: Continental Airlines – Houston International Airport Thursday, June 19--Continental Flight 1048 leaving Houston at 7:15 am arriving Ft. Lauderdale 10:50 am Tuesday, June 24--Continental Flight 149  leaving Ft. Lauderdale 3:14 pm arriving Houston 4:49pm       Currently we are scheduled to leave from Terminal E and arrive into C. Exact meeting times will be included in the trip itinerary, which you will receive during the week of the trip. Hotel: Sheraton Yankee Clipper Details: A meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 11 early in the evening for parents of swimmers going on the trip to Fort Lauderdale. Swimmers need not attend.  Exact time and location will be announced--it is dependent on the practice schedule next week.  The following items will be due at this meeting: A check for the balance due for the trip made out to Blue Tide.  ($398 per swimmer or $199 per chaperone) Signed code of conduct &and medical release forms.  Print these out and then make sure they are complete before turning them in. We must have these forms before your swimmer can go on the trip.
