The Feb 26 minutes were approved.

Coaches Report:  Kevin mentioned that Junior’s went very well. The TAGS meet also went well with BTA coming in 6th place overall behind the Woodlands.
The Travel Trip Meet in Ft Lauderdale is being organized by Deb and Rob and our spot at the meet has been reserved by Kevin. We will try to market the trip internally as best as we can.
The Long Course Schedule is to be put out within the next few weeks.

VP Report: The Board positions to be on the Ballot for the next term will be as follows: Rob Scheuer, John Swank, John Hazle, and Melissa Sturgis. Russell will probably not continue and finish his term due to his son not swimming for BTA anymore. He’ll let Rob know by the Banquet.

Facility Report We just found out today that KPHS will not be available in July due to construction and reno’s done to the pool deck – warranty work?

John Swank: Summer Champs Meet to be held Sunday, June 8th and Mon June 9th 

2 Sunday hour shifts: 2-5:30 pm & 5:30-9pm
2 Monday hour shifts: ???
John to work on Volunteer positions for website and email blast.
Committee to be formed for planning and marketing – discuss at the next meeting.

The next BOD Meeting will be Tuesday, April 29th at 6:30 pm at the ACC meeting Room.
