Rick: Mike at Swim Shops is interested in us having BTA merchandise on sale at the store in Atascocita. Is this something we want to do?
What is the next step here?

Karie-we have 11 new swimmers and 136 active families. We will be following up with “exit interviews” with families who leave BTA.

Bill-Summer Champs was very successful with meet entries. Lots of walk-ins. Great for BTA.
Kevin will email Bill when we were out of KPHS/KHS for paying rent purposes

Kevin-End of season t-shirts. We need to outsource this to a parent.
Week after spring break we will have the summer league start-up clinics and they’ll run for 6 weeks. Ages will be split and meet twice a week. This will NOT interfere with our own swimmers.
We need ads in local papers as well as flyers to the school.
Registration form on the website too.
Tideline is up and running.
Should we look at hiring another coach for the younger kids? Coach Kyle may not be back next fall due to school
We should look for a coach to do Master’s and little kids.
Summer Travel Trip-Kevin is looking into this. Dates will be late June or early July.
Long course schedule comes out soon.
Summer League starts May 15th.

Rob- KHS is fine and KPHS and Y are in good shape as well. ACC is our fallback.
Need to get bulletin boards for KHS
Tidwell-remains our pool for long course
Survey should be completed by next week.
We will publish the results to the membership.

John H.- Do we want to have a parent only team building event?
What is the decision about swim-a-thon?
We need to email the families of matching grant companies.
